How many times a day do you use your eyedrops

I use my celluvisc on average every hour during the day and my lacrilube eye gel 3 to 4 times a night. I am really good at applying the gel and not having to come fully awake. This took a long time as I suffered terribly after my lasik surgery from insomnia. I will use the lacrilube during the day too if I'm having a really bad episode with my dry eyes. All my drops are preservative free and I am happy to have all preservative eye drops out of my life as it took months to figure out that they were making things worse.

2x Ciclosporine drops (morning/evening)
5x hyaluronic acid eye drops (perservative free) or more if needed
3-4x Tears Again liposomal spray
Lubrication during the night didn't really help, now I sleep with a mask and use eye drops before I go sleep.

Ihave now been moved to four times a day for Tears Naturelle now instead of three. I am 50 percent recovered from my last visit but she wants to see if doing it four times a day would be better. I was doing great with it until last night at work we had to have the electric heat on and this morning my eyes were really dried out. I have also added a Hydrasense Allergy Nasal spray to my routine as well and it along with the tears were working great until yesterday I forgot to take it all day.
