Hi, I'm new to this site, and frankly haven't got a clue what I'm doing! I have severe dry eye, and nothing seems to be helping, would desperately like any help or tips. I take flaxseed oil, lutiene, evening primrose oil, don't smoke, am not going through the menopause, and am only 44. I have been to the hospital, have plugs put in, but nothing seems to help, oh and Im not even sure where to get the reply to this, am all over the place, and after about 7pm in the evening, can't see properly anyway

Do you know what type of dry eye you have? Here is a rally good link to a definition of the types of dry eye. It is important to know what type you have so you know how to treat is.
