High BP and red eyes?

could high BP cause red eyes? Or cause them to be dry. Been to 4 different eye docs who really dont have a clue what is wrong. I wake up with red eye. They get worse whenever I workout and run which raises BP instantly. Just trying to find out why my eyes have been red for 2 years now. doesnt itch so probably not allergies. Might be food allergy. Might check that last resort. However, my face flushes and skin flushes as well. Like BP. i dont have rosacea so please dont say i have that. I dont. let me know relation with high bp and red eyes if someone knows.

I do think that the high blood pressure could definite cause red eyes
