Hello to everyone, I need help

I live in Miami and go to Bascom Palmer Eye Institute every 3 mos. for check ups. I have been diagnosed with MGD but the cause is unknown. Recently I went to an allergist and found out I am allergic to nickel. Many eye cosmetics contain nickel, as well as lots of things people have like keys, door knobs, etc. I have been using doxy for 3 wks. and 1 wk. off. My doctor says I have a moderate case of dry eyes. Does anyone know of any eye cosmetics that are nickel free? Also any suggestions as to drops or medications will be greatly appreciated. I'm glad you got to find the cause of your MGD...have you noticed any change since you cut out nickel from you life...not that I would know how to do that!
