Not new but its been a few years

Hello to all here. Its been about 3-4 years since I have been on here. I have been suffering from this horrid mgd and its ups and dows again so I am at a point of relearing to cope again. This is very frusterating and I hope maybe it does not take years like last time to get comfortable. We all know this misserable battle. Anyway Hello to all and thanks for all that contribute to this site.
