Outdoor Clear Safe Protection Glasses

I am a 55 years old woman with very dry eyes living in Belgium.
My english is not very good, I'm sorry for that.
I am looking for clear glasses with protection foam to use outside or
in dry places.
What are your experiences with special glasses ?
