Yes Im still under the Laser Company doctor but am seeing an NHS doctor in Moorfields in Jan as really want a second opinion.
I have tried Viscotears at night so will def give Lacrilube a try next, Im also taking Flaxseed oil capsuals(2 a day)
From reading your post I think the lid scrubs is the next thing for me to try,thanks so much for detailing it all.
I had seen a doctor at the laser clinic about the plugs but being my problem is at night when sleeping he felt the plugs would'nt really benefit me anyway as they work with a person blinks.
