Does anyone know if/where I can buy Gen Teal (Novartis) in Europe?

I'm from Slovenia and I can buy GenTeal Gel in every drug store in our country, and I think that genteal should be available in every EU country-but i'm not sure.

Thanks! It's not available here in Norway, but I think I'll call Novartis Norway and see if they've got an idea where I can get hold of it.
