Current regime:
heat bag(microwaveable) for 10mins,
lid massage, lumecare lid wipe in the mornings.
Clinitas Soothe preservative free drops all day long...
Softacort x1 drop both eyes
Ciclosporin X1 drop both eyes.
vita pos ointment at bedtime.

Have you though of using EPP lenses? Downside is there is only one fitter in the UK, in Northampton I think.

What are EPP lenses please?
