Omega 3 Fish Oils

Hi, I just wanted to share with everyone that I have been taking omega 3 fish oil capsules and they seem to have made an improvement with my dry eyes. Has anyone else got good feedback from these?

I started taking omega 3 fish oil about two months ago and I also noticed an improvement in my dryeye problem. I also noticed an improvement when I went back on HRT. I guess every little bit helps.
