What are you using? I think there are some brands, not available in the US. Namely, HYALOVET and VISMED. These 2 cost twice as much as the other brands like Refresh and seem much more effective. Vismed, my personal favorite, comes from a Swiss company TRB CHEMEDICA, while HYALOVET (which was the one the LASIK surgeon prescribed) is German.
