  • 7eye/panoptx in UK?

I have a vague memory of someone posting that there was some place in the UK that is selling Panoptx now - does anybody recall something like this? (I may be confused with Australia.) Thanks

    Hi Rebecca

A quick Google search turns up Pro-Idee United Kingdom, with SR 100 sunglasses for sale here.

So it looks like at least one (expensive!) model can be had here.

      Hiya

I am trying to find Prescription 7 eye in UK?

This link only seems to be for normal sunglasses and not prescription - any ideas any one - as they look absoloutley Fab!!! Just the job.

Does anyone know whether they assist with flying? (I dont care about looking daft in shades for 8 hours - as long as the eyes stay moist (ish)! and healthy.

One day out in the wind and my eyes are red the next morning.

      These glasses would be ideal.

      Thanks
      Karen

As far as I know the only way to get 7Eye/Panoptx in prescription in the UK is by getting a pair and getting a local optician to fit prescription lenses in them. I don't think there are any local distributors though occasionally a web vendor has them (usually something discontinued, like the link above to the Raptor).

I have found some on this website :-

          http://www.uksportseyewear.co.uk

Not too badly priced either. There are a few different choices of styles available with or without prescription lenses.

Anyone tried these rx styles on the website? do they fog? are they completely foamed round the edges?

I was looking at these which are quite styling, but it says rx +4 to -4, im -5, so i take it that wont work?...
