  • Orlando trip in Oct??

    Hiya

Can anyone tell me what the temps/humidity will be like for October in Orlando. We are thinking of taking a family holiday but I dont want to go if its going to be toooooo hot - would prefer temps to be early 20's. But no higher. (went spain last year (25C/30C verydry heat) and was in agony for a week).

Pain in the arse this DES. Wish I was normal again!
(no one who hasnt got it understands what its like! Other half just tutts at me).

Not too bad just lately. Still on the Viscotears 3 times a day.
A few weeks ago, I didnt need anything at all for about 3 days (strange), so I should be thankfull.

Although after a weekend of outdoor activities (windy) my eyes were soo sore and red this week.

    Thanks
    Karen

No promises, but Orlando does tend to be quite humid. So even if it's in the 80's (I'll let you do the math), it'll likely be at least 60% humidity.

(I only travel to humid locales nowadays, which is sad. My favorite vacation spots are all desert-y.)

Florida is very humid. This is usually very good for dry eye and when I'm there I can notice a difference. However, last time I went to Vegas, it was the best trip I've had dry eye-wise. Go figure. It was May in Vegas and pretty hot, but my eyes did not suffer and felt as bad as normal. But no worse. I did wear my panoptx goggles alot. Lucy
