hi, thistledown!
It's a complicated story. Dr. Frank Holly, a Ph.D. tear film specialist -- to whom I have sent many a heartfelt "mwah" -- developed three drops (most recently called in the USA, from thickest to thinnest: Dwelle, Dakrina, and NutraTear). Rebecca Petris was able, for a while, to supply all three via The Dry Eye Shop on this website. But there were issues with licensing which have made them unavailable for some time. Dwelle has just been re-supplied this week, and I suspect that even this minute she is busy sending it out. It would require pricey postage for shipping from USA to UK.
Perhaps Rebecca will reply more knowledgeably to this thread or via Private Message about availability in the UK of what some of us colloquially refer to as "Dr. Holly's drops"?
