in need of advice please

just after some help with supplements,im currently taking high strength cod liver oil which is 2800mg per 10ml can i take flaxseed oil with that does anyone know as i really dont know if im taking enough or not?.

also i hear about goggles that say help dry eye can you get them in the uk or which are the best and suitable for a petite face well in other words look ok to wear hehe.

any help would be great

I take 3 1000 mg of a flaxseed, fish oil supplement - there is never too much so don't worry - as for goggles - try the panoptixs

so you take 3000 in one day?
because im not noticing any difference on 2800 of cod liver oil so thats why im thinking should i take something else or maybe supplements dont help.

will take a look at the goggles thanks for that,just have no idea what buy the best at the moment.
