Dr. Adam Bloom from precision eye care on long island. I had a consultation with him earlier today. I've had dry eye/ MGD for about three years, and I am currently in a clincal trial (with another doctor) testing the use of Brofemnac for dry eye, its currently on the market as an nsaid drop used for patients after surgery. I've been really stressed because my eyes haven't gotten any better, and I have no idea if I have the placebo or the actual medication, so I decided to see him. He does the toyos ipl and ****** probing procedures. He says that a lot of doctors currently doing the ipl don't actually use the actual equipment Dr. toyos uses and perfected himself, which they have in their office. Very good listener, and goes through all various treatment options. When my clinical trial is over I am definitely going back to him for treatment.

I agree. I believe I do have the medication and not the placebo, but this is too painful and depressing to sit around and wait to find out. I might just drop out of the study early.
