when did they start making Evoxac in generic form?

i just saw online that Evoxac comes in generic. does anyone know when this came about?

According to this site: http://www.uspto.gov/patents/resources/terms/156.jsp

the extended patent expired 30-Aug-09 so I'm guessing a few short months after that or so? Usually generics are ready to go once the patents expire.
