I have dry eyes from Lupus and Sjogren's and have learned many helpful tips from this forum, but know very little about LASIK. I have just learned that my niece "can hardly wait until she's 25 so she can have LASIK surgery". I gasped. I'd really like to send her an article or two that describe the potential problems of LASIK surgery. I've seen several here that allude to it (the petition, etc.), but I was wondering if there's a good goto article on it. She's in nursing school and is a pretty smart cookie. She'll do the research if I can send her something thoughtful and backed with evidence. TIA
