ASEA - has anyone heard about it helping dry eyes?

My eye doctor suggested trying ASEA. We have been through most everything I've read about on this list. I was wondering if anyone has tried it.

What is it and how does it treat dry eye?

All I know is the doctor said it is a natural remedy, it was salt water, is purchased through multi level marketing and he has had success with one patient.
