Eyelid Question

I have eyelid swelling plus redness only in the AM when I get up. I do not have discharge or anything I can see in my lashes. My eyes actually feel OK in the AM. My doc wants me to try Pataday 2x day to see if this is some kind of allergy. My lids were swollen underneath when she flipped them up to look.
Has Pataday worked for anyone?? The insert says it can cause dryness!!! Sure don't need more of that!!

Pataday is an antihistamine, so it does dry up everything. I use it when I have been putting in my other drops and my eyes still feel dry and scratchy. I try not to use it, as like you said, I don't need something to dry out my eyes. My doctor said to only use it once a day and to use Patanall twice a day. You might want to try it.
