I'm also a late-comer to this thread. I found allaboutdryeye.com from a google search and was immediately turned off by the lady with the tea, and the fact that the sound of her spiel does not turn off when I click on other links within the site. It took me several clicks around to find out that it is a TearLab sponsored site. I looked at the research link and was glad to see Dr David Sullivan mentioned. I also was not sure about who was accrediting the recommended doctors. I checked to see if Dr Sullivan was among the accredited doctors, and he was not, nor was anyone in the Schepens Eye Research Institute. So, I knew right away there was something going on here, and I assumed that doctors who were trained to use Tearlab and allowed their names to be used by the site were the ones listed. I assumed it was a mutual agreement that is good publicity for both TearLab and the listed doctors, but not accreditation that has any meaning for me.
