My dry eye impacts my vision but I can't find a correlation between events and "bad days". For example, I ran 5 miles Monday AM in the Colorado wind and the humidity here was about 16% I had a great day of vision, no issues. I use serum tears and Restasis which are offering little relief.
The next day I had rotten vision all day. This is somewhat typical for me and the opposite sometimes happens...a horrible day after moderate humidity and no drying events. Perhaps this confirms the notion that dry eye is really almost always tied to tear production deficiency in a given time frame. Or is there latency where the eye condition takes a day or so to manifest conditions caused earlier?
