Need advice ASAP ..strange swelling inside upper eyelid corner!!!

Please can someone advise .. I am suffering from MGD an blepharitis I have recently discovered a swelling inside the upper eyelid outer corner after a eye infection and my visions is also a bit fuzzy now and then ? The swelling is like

Are the inside corners of the upper eyelids supposed to be pinky White in colour ?

Hi,

Can anyone please help regarding this swelling as it hasn't got better and is still rubbing on me eye and causing a gritty feeling and slight visual disturbances

Would this be Dacryoadenitis ?

I would really appreciate an experts opinion
