heard about a new research in UK some months back

HI,

I had red in here in an newspaper about some "stem cells injecting" some months before ..to be operated on patients who cant see in UK. It also stated that it would be useful to cure , if successful for patients who r dealing with "other" eye disesases.

Just curious to know , if anybody knows what was outcome,, to be hopeful about future to cure dry eyes and whther it would help dry eye patients.
