Hello there
I've been wearing contact lenses for about 18 months now and recently started with dry eye symptoms. As a result i changed from daily disposables to Acuvue Oasys 2 weekly. At the same time i started getting glare/flare from light sources and bright objects. This isn't light sensitivity as i can look at the light and it's not painful. The strange thing is that this flare only occurs when i blink or squint at the light. It is not present when my eyes are fully open. It is more of a nuisance than a problem and has not changed in severity.
My optician put it down to the dryness but there has been no improvement.
I wondering if anyone else had ever experienced anything else like this or has a possible explanation.
