I saw a news article. They found a company that willing to work with them. They said it should be avable in 2014 in europe since and 2016 here. The did say it would be over the counter. I was disappointed when the news said this the dr working on it said this. If you know someone in europe just have them mail it. The product is suppose to pretty impressive.
