I woke up this morning with a bump on my water line. It had been there already for two days but right now is a bit bigger and it is not white but it is a bit yellow/orange. What do I need to do? What is it? Why do they come?

It could well be a stye - which is basically a blocked oil gland in your eye. I've had them before and what you're describing sounds exactly like one. Usually go down after a few days, if you're worried about it get it checked out by an Optometrist. Oh and don't squeeze it no matter how much you may be tempted!
