Hot tub

Do you think sitting in a hot tub often would be beneficial due to the steam and heat, or bad because of the chlorine and chemicals?

Personally, I love the steam from a hot tub. I suppose it would be an individual thing. I was in an enclosed pool this past weekend and it was unusually hot. The building was very hot and steamy. Heaven for my eyes. I wear swim goggles while swimming in chlorine water.
