  • Can photophobia cause light glare

When my eyes are light sensetive the lights that appear to bright also look bigger and have a glare to them. My doctor said that this is probaly caused by my M.G.D. and quality of tears not being right. Does anybody else experience this. Please reply..

I experience light sensitivity as you describe. I have MGD, aqueous deficiency, ocular rosacea, glaucoma and a cataract. I'm sure all contribute.
Every day with DES is like a box of chocolates...You never know what you're going to get.
