For thos eof you living in and around PA. The Penn state university are studying this systematic drug, has been used in the treatment of inflammation related to arthritis. They are recruiting and will be until they recieve enough participants. You can contact the study coordinator to see if there is any other locations in the US where this drug is being studied.
I spoke to someone and who said the drug has been very succesfull. I will update with more info, im at work roght now but if anyone is interested and arent having success from current treatments the link is below with contact information. The treatment period is 24 weeks, you have to off current treatments such as restasis for 3 months prior.
I am thinking about doing it, but right now im doing other treatments so i will wait to give them a better chance to work first.

Its so frustrating the lack of progress with dry eye treatments, i did mention this and they said that they are very positive about getting this drug approved. But as we know with dry eye, anything can happen in stage 3.
