  • A drop of Castor Oil on the lids - does it help?

Does any natural treatments like castor oil on the lids or manuka honey etc work? Is there any natural treatments that do work?

I would be very careful about using anything on the lids that isn't "proven and sterile" Just because it is natural doesn't mean it is good. I have thought of the same thing - it would be so nice if we could use something that is so easy and untreated by chemicals. Anyone know of a safe oil? I have to admit I'm looking for a natural remedy myself - I get a bad reaction from just about anything with additives. Anyone out there in cyperspace that knows of a resource for natural remedies?

I think Restasis uses castor oil as its carrier.
