wondering if anyone ever gets a little bit of blurry vision with dry eyes. I don't get it very often but it is supposed to be a common symptom of dry eyes if it goes away with blinking. Mine sometimes takes a little longer. I wonder if it depends on how dry your eyes are, just curious.

Short answer: yes. Blurry vision can -definitely- be a symptom of dry eye. In fact, member "indrep" posted a medical citation that explained how--in dry eye patients--the cornea can "go looking" for moisture, causing constantly variable vision.
Plus: the tear film layer really is a sort of a "lens--" providing optical properties of its own. In most of us, there's something wrong with this tear film layer: not enough ... too gunky ... too watery ... something. Sometimes, it's like looking through a bit of vaseline.
If you can find a good (and non-preserved, preferably) lubricant drop that works well for you, that should help ... if only a little.
Best,
Neil

I will second that. My vision often fuzzes out when my eyes get particularly dry! It can sometimes take several applications of drops before my vision clears. It is like looking through dirty contacts or dirty glasses.Every day with DES is like a box of chocolates...You never know what you're going to get.
