Does smoking worsen dry eye? I want to stop smoking i just dont know how.

Yes... kind of chicken AND egg situation... Dry eyes will also be more vulnerable to the effects of smoke. Can't advise about smoking cessation because I don't really know anything about it but you might consider ways to keep your eyes as protected as possible when you smoke (goggles or some other kind of protective glasses) and lubricating more before and after.
