Has anyone had a corna transplant for dry eyes?

I have severe dry eyes and wear PROSE. My left cornea has dry spots that cannot be corrected to 20/20 even with PROSE, the spots do not heal even with many treatments my doctor has tried; i.e.autogolous serum, AMT, Restasis, compresses. I am just starting to use a prescribed testosterone cream for the lids that is supposed to help release oils from the lids.
Although I can manage, my right eye is 20/20 with PROSE, I am fearful that over time my left cornea will get worse and worse and so will my vision.
I know it would be a last resort and I wonder if it has worked for anyone.

Do you have GVHD after a corneal transplant, Iver?

I have gvhd after a stem cell transplant. I have not had a cornea transplant. I have dry eyes due to gvhd. I'm asking if anyone with cornea damage has gone through a cornea transplant.
