Dexasine (Dexamethason) has made the dryness worse

I was in the university clinic because of mine heavy sicca syndrome, they have prescribed for me dexasine (Dexamethason). I have taken it (4 times daily) and after approx. 3 days I have got of it clear ocular pains and the dryness of the eyes has worsened!!!!! :-((

Has somebody gained similar bad experience with such steroid drops??

I have set down the Dexasine now of course again, it makes like said the dryness of the eyes with me even worse.

I had exactly the same reaction to this steroid. After the first drop my eyes had 0 tear. and burn all day long. It does get better after a few month but i didnt healed completely.
