Medscape Reference is so good, worth checking in for a search once in a while. This updated by Dr Stephen Foster, thought I'd died and gone to heaven when I read how useful it is. All free without login.

PubMed is where we can use keywords to read the latest research abstracts, important articles are often free. Google Alert is also useful for updates specific to condition keywords.
