Replacing serum tears with yhe next best thing.

I have been successfully managing my dry eye problem for well over a year. In fact i just had catarract surgery and had two Tecnis multifocal lens implants. I now have 20/20 vision and can read comfortsbly without glasses.
Part of my regime has been to use serum tears occasionally when my eyes needed it. Like once or twice a week, even less. I've run out of them so i got a new script from my doctor. The price has gone sky high because of government imposed testing. One blood draw and drops comes to over $300! Can anyone recommend the latest and greatest over the counter preservative fee drops that works for them?

I use serum drops and find that the only other drops that are non-irritating for me are Oasis Tears Plus and Hycosan Extra.
