The more money you have these days, the better the chance at getting genuine treatment vs. antiquated treatment.
There - I said it like it really is. I have my suspicions that the oligarchy are taking huge cuts from those countries in the far east which offer genuine treatments. Ditto for homegrown [very-temporary] SVF treatments. Yet simultaneously the oligarchy probably demand that those Eastern countries limit their scope, such as not allowing those with AMD to get cured. Ditto for severe fibromyalgia and so on ad nauseum.
Reason?
Money & power.
Keep Western citizens in despair and constantly slaving, wearing away their health, then finding to boot that they get zero returns from the hellcare system.
