Normal Schirmer scores (TBUT)

Hi all,
Can anybody let me know what are the normal schrimer scores , as I have done lasik , so currently I possess around 6 to 8 mm without aneasthetic drops.
Still I can feel dryness in eyes and also pain,, So is it harmful or alarming?
do I need scleral lenses or punctual plugs?

I think normal schirmer score is >15

and tear break up time and schemer are things totally differents. tbut normal is >10 and schemer between 15 and 20

Start with punctual plugs indeed.

Thanks Peter, Irina , will try it out with punctual plugs first which Doc has suggested , is it ok as he wants to put silicon plugs which he says can be removed whenever we want if uncomfortable. Also dealing with nerve pain below the eyes, Lyrica, gabapentin doesn't seem to work much , Any options to overcome the pain that is almost consistent , sometimes the pain is combined with dryness pain as well ..
