Upon reading my prescription detail from my optremist, he states I have mild mgd with pac causing mild inflammation. So could this be causing my dry eyes about my oil gland problem? I asked one and he said yes and told me due to inflammatory markers and destabilising the tear film. Has this happened to anyone else?

    What does PAC mean?

I think that my friend had a similar problem as you do. So yes, it did. I wouldn't think that it's something weird or unusual.

Faith: it means perenal allergic conjunctivitis. Hope this helps, sorry it's just I've made a post before stating this, so apologies! Sirjoker- do you know if your friend got his mgd under control after controlling his allergies? I've read a few forums on here by people saying after this got better their eyes did too. It's been 2 weeks on catacrom with mixed results sometimes it's okay sometimes it stings. I was going to ask about allergy shots as to if this didn't help. I know someone said fixing their food allergy helped too.
