I already tried Olive Oil and Flaxseed Oil on the eyelids, it brings me relief for about 1 hour

Castor Oil seems to be not safe, it's cytotoxic for the eyes.

Any other Oils which i can test?

        5. Conclusions
In comparison with Tears Naturale II and saline, VCO which acts as a rewetting agent did not cause any significant difference in NIBUT, corneal staining pattern, anterior segment, Schirmer Test and pH in 30 min, 60 min, and 2 weeks after instillation. VCO is not merely a composition of fatty acids but it also acts as a protective layer over the tear film layers from evaporation. VCO with its anti-inflammatory properties might be useful for those with dry eyes problem. However, further investigation should be done to determine its efficacy for dry eyes therapy. In conclusion, it has been shown that VCO did not cause harmful effects when used on rabbits' eyes. This finding suggests that VCO are safe to be used on human's eyes. Thus, future research on human needs to be conducted to study the efficacy of VCO as rewetting agent on dry eye patient. The beneficial effect of VCO is most likely attributed to its anti-inflammatory properties, which is similar to those of natural tears.

Sea buckthorn oil pills is really working for me.
I've tried putting coconut oil under my eyes, but other than itchiness it made nothing (I only tried once though).

My understading is that the eyes produce an oily substance called mebum (?) which is secreted from the glands at the top and bottom of the eye. If your glands are not working properly or are clogged which mine are then no amount of external oil application is going to get the glands working properly again - at least that is my experience and the diagnosis of the specialist I am seeing at the moment. I tried castor oil once and it was a disaster. If you do use castor oil then use hexane free oil.

IPL treatment is the current method as far as I know for treating clogged glands. I am on treatment 2 and my glands are now starting to loosen up - after lots of hard muck was removed! I will keep posting as I journey through my 3 to 4 month treatment. I have watched the video of the muck being removed! it comes out like hard wax. It's painful but for me it's worth both the pain and the money.

Having gone to a specialist London hospital for at least four treatments which were useless I am giving IPL a try.

Hello, I have a basic question. I am pretty new to this, diagnosed in late last year (severe MGD). As far as massage, my doctor only said to do a warm wet wash cloth for 4 minutes twice a day. He didn't mention massage.

How often are you suppose to massage? I have been doing it 3x/day following compress. What have your doctors told you?

              Thanks!
