Hi everyone, After many years of Suffering with Dry Eye I realized that, Lid care is not your only thing you should do, Make sure your Head, is not infected, with Dandruff, Caused by allergies to soap or other things. Make sure you live in a clean environment and that your pillowcase is clean, These very things can cause dry eye.
So be sure to take care of your skin, of your whole body and not just your eyelids, this is what your Eye Doctor won't tell you.
Good luck friends, and if your head is itching, go see a dermatologist, you never know it could be the cause of your dry eye.
