Hi All - I was diagnosed with Dry Eyes last spring. I had LASIK surgery performed over 12 years ago and experienced temporary dryness - normal for the surgery...it went away after a few weeks. My optometrist is telling me that the reason I developed Dry Eyes is because of my surgery 12 years ago.....even though I just recently developed this condition.....does not make sense to me....Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
