  • CBD oil drops?

I have been reading about CBD oil health benefits, actually for my 20 year old cat. The more I read about it, the more impressed and excited I felt, for my cat, and eventually started thinking that it might benefit me. CBD oil has miniscule trace amounts of THC, below .3%. I can't risk taking it orally because where I work I
would fired on the spot if it showed up in a drug test. It's unlikely that it would show up with such low amounts, but I can't risk getting fired. Last night I just tried the
drops in my eyes. I have no idea if they will help or not, but they felt so soothing. I decided to try a drop in each eye twice daily for awhile and see what happens.
I have been diagnosed with severe dry eye. I look awful. I am in pain. I feel crummy all the time. Sometimes I run fever from my eyes being so inflamed. No infection, just inflammation, and so far none of the traditional treatments have helped. Has anyone tried topical CBD oil? I would love to hear what your experience has been if so.

hi Linda, CBD oil is a derivative of hemp oil. It's starting to be recognized with many medicinal benefits, but of course, there is all the legalities. It will eventually become widely recognized for many health benefits. Go do some research on it. I am a bit nervous using it, because where I work, they have very strict standards for drug testing, even with trace amounts. That will change one day as the laws change. CBD oil can have trace amounts of THC, the stuff in pot that makes people stoned, but it is such a low amount ( less than .3%,) that it won't have affect on a person, except for the medicinal affects.
