Everytime I go into an air conditioned place like walmart and school my eyes start watering like crazy and burn and everytime I look at people in the eyes I make their eyes tear up by looking at mine and its annoying help guys plz im 15 I remember 4 years ago I used the computer up to 14 hours a day playing video games in the summer and that made my eyes dry ever since then my eyes have never been the way they used to now its like permanent and it really is annoying at school cause my eyes get red and watery and its so uncomfortable cant even make good eye contact because of it i dont know whats worse not being able to produce tears or having watery and red eyes all the time and people think ur crying and u cant make good eye contact. should I drop out of school?

My doctor suggests warm compress helps watery problem. To solve the problem
1) need to find a real expert who can come up with solutions - first need to identify causes or get no where but worsening!
2) prepare well for doctor visit
3) need to learn and try different things
4) find out what are good and bad for your eyes, sleep enough, drink enough water etc.

Noted. but is it from doctor recommendations? So does it mean your oil quantity is NOT good?
I add flaxseed oil in cooking or with milk.

My dry eye was caused by excessive computer usage I think and I read somewhere that omega 3 helps for dry eye related to excessive computer usage and helps with tearing eyesComment

Blink exercise helps for excessive computer usage, every hour. How - yourtube can find it.
dr visit - please re-confirm with dr exactly what he/she means or solutions too. Normally dr has no time so at least you need to know exact problems.
if your glands are very clogged, more omeg 3 may not help. you need to do warm compress x2/day or even probing etc.
so it is critial to find out REAL causes. otherwise you waste time/money for nothing!!

flaxseed oil has a high omega 3 content which softens the secretions and allows the oils to flow betterComment

Doctor is useless he didn't tell me which type of dry eye he just said "Your eyes are dry use artificial tears every time your eyes get dry and use gel at night" that doesn't help so im searching the solution for my own I will cure myselfComment

I undestand and agree with you, unfortunately. Please keep trying until find a good one. Because you need equipments to check and find the real causes.
If dr does NOT check/press your glands, it means he/she is NOT a real expert.
Maybe you could tell us which city you live, maybe others can recommend a good one.
If you dont order correct, you wont achieve much!! just waste your energy/time, really!!
Every small details matter, even drops, warm compress etc.

Lol my parents wont make any appointments for me since I already went with 2 different eye doctors and neither of them gave me a specific diagnosis and weren't very helpful I would have to wait 3 years until I can make my own appointments they laugh at me when I talk to them about dry eyes and they even make me go to a psychologist because they think im crazy and exaggerating so yeah ill try to cure myself for nowComment
