So to update: I have 5 seconds in my right eye and my left has 7. I still have some allergy bumps regardless of catacrom. Also lid wiper something... so my next option is still on omega 3 plus hycosan dual to treat the allergies and help my oil. As catacrom interfears with the year film. Steroids was suggested but not one because it never helped, being referred to the gartnavel then after is punctual plugs then finally scelera lens. I doubt I can afford scelera lens. I just wanted relief.... if I treat the allergies it effects my oil layer but if I leave it it also makes it worse.... Will I ever get proper relief? I got told I keep improving I also need to take omega 3.
