I saw Dr Latkany today. He said my cornea looks pretty good; my eyes aren't that dry. The problem is ocular rosacea plus possible allergic conjunctivitis. He prescribed Pazeo drops.
My fear is that the preservative in the Pazeo could make the "not bad" dry eye worse in the long term. Has anyone experienced this problem?
Also, has anyone found preservative-free Pataday anywhere? On an old thread, a few people talked about ordering it from a compounding pharmacy called Leiter's, but the pharmacy closed a few years ago.
