  • Eye pain in the morning

    Hi,
pain in the morning of course it is dry eyes or lids not closed properly. We know that, cornea erosion. So we get pain on a top of existing pain, hahah. What do people use to help it as I think pain means not good, yes? I used ointments but they make my eyelids very soft swollen, most likely interfering with M.glands. Tried all sort of drops, nothing, tried castor oil, nope, can't even remember what I haven't tried. Anybody with something working for it up there?
    regards

Hi there! First of all, don’t use any eye drops or ointments that you feel irritate your eyes, not everything works for everyone and you might have an allergic reaction, you can even develop an allergy after sometime using the same medicine, for example, I’m allergic to Genteal Night Ointment now cause I used to use it so much.

If you think you don’t close your lids completely during the night, you can buy night gloogles that can help you maintain moisture on your eyes. There’s a dry eye shop and they also sell them on amazon. If your on a budget you can even do them yourself, I’ve seen some people do it with wrap paper and scotch tape on YouTube.

    good luck!
