which kind of mediaid covers restasis and refresh?

which kind of mediaid covers both the restasis and refresh preservative-free? does anyone know? i am using both of them but my insurance company EmblemHealth only cover restasis

Refresh is over the counter. So I don't think anyone covers it (as nobody non-prescription anything). I had good luck finding a good price at CVS pharmacy online a few months ago - they some pretty good sales on eye junk.
