I would like to know what NAC is too. Is there an acronym list somewhere on the forum? There are a lot of acronyms used on the forum that I don't know the meaning.

Go to Dry Eye Zone homepage (there is a link on the lower right of this page). Then, near the top of the homepage, click on Encyclopedia. NAC is there.
